Job Title: Sales Consultant

Salary:?OTE: up to £50,000.00 per annum

Hours:?Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 6pm, Friday 8:45am - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm (on rota basis). When required to work a Saturday you will be awarded half a day in lieu.

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence (company car will be provided).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The role of Estate Agent is exciting and rewarding!

Duties will include:

• Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
• Booking and carrying out property viewings
• Acting as key point of communication between buyer and vendor
• Advertising new properties and preparing accurate property details
• Deal with the sale of the property from viewing to completion
• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets
• Representing the company in a professional manner

Skills required:

• Experience within sales and customer service
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
• Be responsive to change
• A full UK driving license
