Stock and Inventory Controller.

Perm role, full-time Mon-Fri 7am-4pm (Office based)

Reporting To: Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock and Inventory Controller to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across our clients operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth supply chain processes and timely availability of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all locations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports using Excel, including Pivot Tables for data analysis.
• Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize losses and optimize stock turnover.
• Investigate and resolve stock variances promptly.
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to inventory management.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in stock/inventory control or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for liaising with internal departments and suppliers.
