Hygiene Operative PM Shift

Hygiene Operative (PM Shift) – Hungerford

Shift: PM shift (initial training 1–2 weeks on AM shift)
Location: Doves Farm, Hungerford
Pay: £15.08 p/hour

We’re looking for a Hygiene Operative , helping to keep production areas clean, organised, and running smoothly. You’ll be part of the Hygiene Team, focusing mainly on recycling and cleanliness tasks – you won’t be directly working with rubbish!

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Hygiene Team with daily cleaning and recycling duties

• Ensuring recycling materials are handled and sorted correctly

• Keeping the production environment tidy, safe, and compliant with hygiene standards

• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

• Following all site health & safety and hygiene procedures

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability and a good work ethic

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Ability to work safely and follow instructions

• Previous hygiene or factory experience is a bonus but not essential – full training provided

 

 

Shift & Training:

• Permanent PM shift after training

• Initial 1–2 weeks of training on AM shift to get you up to speed
