Description

• Oversee the group's financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimise financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial processes and systems.
• Support the organisation during its fixed-term contract period with high-quality financial leadership.

Profile

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
• Managed a relatively large team within Finance
• Excellent leadership capabilities to guide and support a finance team.
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
• Have experience in statutory accounts
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000 GBP.
