Registered Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 17 bed registered care home. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in leading and managing care home, leadership skills and strong commitment to delivering person centered care to the residents. The role requires extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, including CQC standards, safeguarding and health & safety legislation. The registered manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of care service including staff leadership, recruitment, training, continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery.

Duties-

• -Manage the daily operation of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in senior care.
• -supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive work environment that promotes team work and high standards of care.
• -Develop, implement and review individualised care plan for residents, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and Professionalism.
• Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance with health regulation.
• Conduct regular assessment of resident needs and satisfaction, making adjustments to care plan as necessary.
• Maintain accurate record related to resident and staff performance, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulation
• Collaborate with families, health care providers and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for residents.

Experience-

• Proven experience in a managerial role within an assisted living or residential care setting.
• Experience in supervising staff and managing team effectively is crucial for success in this role.
• Excellent leadership skill with ability to inspire and motivate others while maintaining the standards of service delivery.
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols within a residential care environment is required.
