Paraplanner – Growing Wealth Management Firm

Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on Diploma qualification)

Location: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) – potential for earlier remote flexibility

Structure: Office-based for initial 6 months, with opportunity to move to hybrid sooner for the right candidate

A growing, forward-thinking wealth management firm is looking to appoint a Paraplanner who wants to play a key part in a supportive and expanding team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking either a clear development pathway or a stable, long-term paraplanning position without the pressure of management responsibilities.

This is suited to someone already operating at paraplanner level and looking for either a step up or more scope within their work.

What we’re looking for:

• Paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
• Diploma qualified (or close to) to achieve the upper end of the salary banding
• Strong technical knowledge, report writing ability and understanding of financial planning processes
• Someone proactive, organised and able to work effectively within a growing team
