Junior Paraplanner – Wakefield (Hybrid) - Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 + bonus + benefits

Working Pattern: 35 hours/week (Mon–Thu 9:00–17:00, Fri 8:30–16:30)

About the Role

As a Junior Paraplanner, you’ll be at the heart of the advice process, supporting advisers and developing your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisers with case analysis, gathering, and summarising client data.
• Conduct basic technical research across retirement, investment, and protection planning.
• Assist in drafting suitability letters and documentation for adviser review.
• Support implementation of client recommendations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance and accurate client records.
• Liaise with Advisers and internal guidance teams on case progress.
• Keep up-to-date with legislation and maintain continuous professional development.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold CII RO1 or equivalent (higher desirable).
• Aspiring to complete Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Strong technical aptitude, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
