• Experienced Teaching Assistants with a proven track record in secondary schools
• Strong classroom support skills, including behaviour management and student engagement
• Ability to work with pupils of varying abilities, including SEN and EAL learners
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
