As a Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:

• Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Negotiate offers effectively and manage the sales process through to completion
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales journey
• Contribute to business growth by generating new opportunities and maintaining a healthy pipeline

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar estate agency role
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, well-organised, and able to manage a busy workload independently
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
