Location: RM11

Type: Permanent

Hours: 5 days over 7 (as agreed with the Manager)

Qualification: NVQ / RQF Level 3

Role Overview:

We are looking for an organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of high-quality domiciliary care. You will ensure service users remain at the heart of care delivery while supporting care staff and working closely with the Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care packages, rotas, and visit schedules
• Ensure care is delivered on time and in line with care plans
• Support, supervise, and guide care staff
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and person-centred care
• Maintain accurate records and ensure CQC compliance

Requirements:

• NVQ / RQF Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Experience in homecare or care coordination
• Strong organisational and communication skills
