A fast-growing, technology-driven company in the Agricultural SaaS space is expanding across Europe and is looking for a high-performing Dairy Account Executive to drive growth in key regional markets. The Role
The Dairy Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing enterprise accounts across Europe, with a strong focus on dairy manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in complex, enterprise environments and enjoys working with senior operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
The position is remote-based in Europe and requires regular travel across the region to meet customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth within European dairy markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and position solutions accordingly
- Lead sales presentations, both virtually and in person, to senior stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build trusted advisor relationships within enterprise accounts
- Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing customers
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans
- Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately using CRM systems
- Partner closely with customer success and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Key Requirements - 4–6+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Industry experience within Agricultural SaaS, dairy technology, food production software, or related manufacturing systems
- Proven success selling complex SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Strong background in consultative, relationship-driven sales
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Confident negotiating enterprise software and services contracts
- Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
- Comfortable traveling 50%+ across Europe
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and target-driven mindset
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: £70,000–£90,000
