What You’ll Do:

• Lead compliance oversight on high-value client cases
• Review and improve processes to meet regulatory standards
• Oversee trust compliance and add value to intergenerational planning
• Train and support advisers, directors, and team members
• Liaise with third-party professionals, beneficiaries, and stakeholders

Who You Are:

• Experienced in compliance within wealth management or financial planning
• Trust experience is a bonus — training provided
• Strong technical knowledge, confident in complex client scenarios
• Collaborative communicator with a proactive approach
• JO2 qualification and Level 4 Diploma advantageous
