Based in Chessington

£25,510 per annum

Bonus structure circa £1,000 per year

Overtime readily available – paid at time and a half (POTENTIAL TO EARN OVER £35k)

35-hour week (8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00)

1-hour lunch break

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing & Warehouse Operative to join a very well-established company that is part of a larger group, offering long-term stability and career security.

The Role

This is a hands-on position within a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment, involving:

• Operating narrow band saws
• Working with rock fibre insulation materials
• General machine operating
• Picking and packing orders
• FLT (Forklift Truck) operation

About You

This role would ideally suit someone who:

• Has experience in the construction industry
• Is comfortable in a physical, manual role
• Has experience operating machinery or working in a warehouse
• Holds an Fork Lift Truck licence (advantageous but not essential)
• Is reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
