Customer Service Advisor / Customer Experience Advisor

Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Advisor

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and online channels
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience on every call
  • Listen actively to customer needs and resolve queries at first point of contact where possible
  • Handle complaints and issues using strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Manage customer cases accurately using a CRM system
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective and timely solutions
  • Maintain excellent call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly
  • Ability to explain information clearly, calmly, and professionally
  • Good time management and efficient call-handling skills
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic IT applications
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong team ethic
