Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Advisor
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and online channels
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience on every call
- Listen actively to customer needs and resolve queries at first point of contact where possible
- Handle complaints and issues using strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Manage customer cases accurately using a CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective and timely solutions
- Maintain excellent call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly
- Ability to explain information clearly, calmly, and professionally
- Good time management and efficient call-handling skills
- Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic IT applications
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong team ethic
