Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience

Kaiser Appliances is a premium kitchen appliance brand combining German engineering with distinctive design. Our UK operation is a small, dedicated team working within a large international company.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a smart, professional, and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative. The role is primarily based at our London showroom in Chelsea, where you will be interacting directly with customers both in person and virtually.

This position would suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers, delivering excellent service, and representing a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with customers via phone, email, and online channels to assist with enquiries

and sales.

Conduct virtual showroom appointments with customers interested in our appliance

ranges.

Welcome and assist customers visiting our Chelsea showroom.

Provide updates regarding deliveries, stock availability, and order status.

Liaise with our distribution partners to ensure smooth deliveries.

Manage and respond to customer reviews across our review platforms, helping us

maintain and improve our high review scores.

Support trade accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ensure all communication reflects the professional standards expected of a premium

brand.

Skills & Experience

Excellent spoken and written English with a confident telephone manner.

Strong communication skills and a professional approach with customers.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Experience using CRM systems or order management software is beneficial but not essential.

Location

This role is based primarily at our Chelsea showroom in London.

Candidates who are local or able to easily commute to the showroom will be at an advantage.
