Fund Operations Associate 6 month FTC

Our client is a leading global asset manager looking for a 6 month contractor to complete a Fund Operations role in London with particular focus on trailer fees/commissions/ rebates. You must be immediately available and have strong Fund Operations and systems skills.

You will be part of the Fund Operations team providing transfer agent and oversight services. Working on a wide variety of projects and day to day task particularly centred around Trailer commission and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities include:

• Monthly and quarterly SICAV and GSYB trailer fee processes
• Bespoke commission processes, accruing, calculating, and paying or reinvesting rebates, introducer commission and other fees.
• Handling large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, performing complex analyses, and drawing actionable insights

You will possess:

• At least 2 years fund industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, for example, excel, SQL, python etc.
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
