Job Title: Junior Lettings Negotiator

Salary: £22,000 basic salary. £40,000–£50,000 OTE (performance-based)

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and high-performing office in Hampstead. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the property industry, with full training and clear progression opportunities provided.

You will be responsible for generating new business, registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying new applicants
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Generating new business opportunities
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market

The Ideal Candidate

• Well-presented and professional
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Must live within a 45-minute commute of Hampstead
