Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Whetstone, North London
Salary: £22,500 Basic | £40,000 – £50,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generating new business opportunities and supporting the team in winning instructions
• Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in

• Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated individual
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Must live within a 45-minute commute of Whetstone
