Service Technician

• Annual Salary: Up to £52k 
• Location: Hedge End
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)

As a Service Technician, you will carry out a variety of workshop work in an efficient and safe manner. The aim is to meet customer requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and productivity.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Carrying out vehicle services and repairs in accordance with brand technical standards.
• Provide support to less experienced colleagues.
• Attend regular training sessions to update technical skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ accreditation.
• Previous experience in a franchise dealership.
• Highly skilled in fault diagnosis with a relevant MOT Tester qualification.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
