Service Technician
- Annual Salary: Up to £52k
- Location: Hedge End
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)
As a Service Technician, you will carry out a variety of workshop work in an efficient and safe manner. The aim is to meet customer requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and productivity.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Carrying out vehicle services and repairs in accordance with brand technical standards.
- Provide support to less experienced colleagues.
- Attend regular training sessions to update technical skills.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ accreditation.
- Previous experience in a franchise dealership.
- Highly skilled in fault diagnosis with a relevant MOT Tester qualification.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
