Income Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Income Operations Manager to join a growing financial services organisation operating in the wealth management space undergoing significant expansion. This role is central to ensuring that the business maintains accurate, timely, and consistent revenue processes as it grows.

Working closely with the finance and operations teams, you will manage the full income reconciliation cycle, ensure adviser remuneration is correct, and support the integration of newly acquired firms into the group's financial processes. This is a key opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, strengthening controls, and creating scalable frameworks within a dynamic and acquisitive environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the reconciliation of income across multiple systems, ensuring all adviser fees, commissions, platform income, and other revenue streams are accurately recorded.
• Compare internal records with statements from providers, platforms, and banking sources to confirm completeness and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee adviser remuneration calculations, ensuring payments align with agreed structures.
• Review and validate payment methodologies to ensure clarity and consistency across the organisation
• Manage revenue-related processes within the back-office system (e.g., iO or similar).
• Monitor and enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and consistency across operational and finance systems.
• Support the onboarding of new firms by aligning their revenue processes with group standard
• Contribute to projects that strengthen revenue assurance, operational controls, and reporting capabilities.

Do you have the following to apply?

• Strong background in income reconciliation, revenue operations, or finance roles within financial services (wealth management experience preferred).
• Familiarity with back-office or wealth management systems (e.g., IntelliFlo or similar).
• Confident handling adviser fees, platform income, and commission structures.
