Probate Solicitor

A superb opportunity for an experienced Probate Solicitor to join a growing private client team in a flexible hybrid role.

This is ideal for a solicitor who enjoys high-quality client care, autonomy over their caseload, and a supportive culture.

You will manage a varied caseload of probate, estate administration, wills and inheritance matters from instruction through to completion.

The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office, with flexibility for the right individual.

• Managing probate files from start to finish
• Estate administration
• Advising on wills and inheritance matters
• Probate applications and submissions
• Liaising with executors, beneficiaries and HMRC
• Ensuring SRA compliance
• Delivering excellent client care
• Supporting team development where needed

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• Strong PQE within probate/private client
• Able to independently manage files
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Organised and commercially aware
• Experience with Proclaim / Hoowla / Filemaker helpful
• Team-oriented with a calm, empathetic style
