The Client Operations Assistant role supports the day-to-day operational and client service activities within a growing investment management business. It combines administrative processing, client interaction and operational support, with clear progression as knowledge and capability develop.

The client is a fast-growing investment manager supporting a wide range of stakeholders including financial advisers, retail investors, banks and high-net-worth individuals. They operate a values-led culture focused on collaboration, accountability and delivering a high-quality client experience.

The duties of the Client Operations Assistant include:

Maintaining accurate data across internal systems

Assisting with report production and distribution

Processing client onboarding applications and trade entries

Supporting dealing, settlement and cash management processes

Handling client enquiries via email and telephone within agreed SLAs

Assisting with reconciliations, payments and ad-hoc operational projects

The successful candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. They will be eager to learn, quick to pick up new processes, supportive of colleagues and capable of taking ownership of tasks and the client experience, with prior financial services experience being beneficial but not essential.
