Labourer within a Exterior / Interior Landscape Installation Team within Horticultural (plants etc ) environment

Location: Predominantly London (High-End Hotel, Offices , Rooftop Gardens & other Commercial Sites )

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent > Immediate start after interview process (teams + face to face )
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Typically 8.5-hour days, early variable starts from 06:30 AM for example )
Salary: Competitive Base + Overtime at 1.25x + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday Presentation : Goodcustomer service skills .

We are seeking a proactive Horticulture Landscape Type Installation / Labour Team Operative to join a dynamic four-person exterior installation team.

This hands-on, fast-paced role is perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork, manual work and delivering premium landscaping finishes for high-end clients.

What You Will Do:

• Create Stunning Spaces: Assist in building luxury rooftop gardens, urban green spaces, and installing exotic plant schemes.
• Heavy Landscaping Labour Support: Handle general on-site labour, including installing decking, benches, and structural elements.
• Logistics & Prep: Load, unload, and move heavy site materials like aggregates, large pots, and mature trees.
• Site Management: Manage inventory checks, tool organisation, and thorough post-job clear-downs.
• City Travel: Navigate efficiently between multiple premium London sites daily using the Tube / transport network ( oyster card paid etc ) .

What We Are Looking For:

• Physically Fit: Fully comfortable with labouring , heavy lifting, regular manual handling, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible Adaptability: Ready for early morning starts (from example 06:30 AM) and variable finish times to meet client deadlines.
• Professional Communicator: Punctual, reliable, and polite when representing the company on high-end corporate sites.
• London Ready: Happy to travel extensively across London using an Oyster card etc .
• Legal Required: A valid right to work in the UK and solid professional references.
• Night Project Weekends : Flexibility for occasional project nights and weekends.

Great to Have (But Not Essential):

• A valid CSCS Card or Certified Manual Handling Training.
• A full UK Driving Licence.( gives options but not necessary )
• Existing planting knowledge (ornamental, exotic, or floriculture).
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required by specific premium sites.
