Customer Sales Executive

Are you a results-driven communicator with a passion for sales and exceptional customer service?

DCL is on the hunt for our next generation of insurance experts to join our team. As an Insurance Executive you’ll play a key role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships.

You’ll start the day with a team huddle, reviewing your team progress against target and celebrating team wins. You will be responsible for making and receiving calls, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and carrying out field sales visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Promoting products and services effectively to achieve sales targets
• Building rapport and maintaining strong client relationships
• Accurately updating records and sending out client documents
• Participating in daily team huddles to review performance and celebrate successes

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a sales environment is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset, self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
• Strong organisational and time management skills
