What you’ll do

• Own the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead from the front with great customer experiences
• Build, coach and inspire a strong store team
• Drive sales, KPIs and profitability
• Recruit and develop great talent
• Turn performance insights into action
• Live and lead the Sunglass Hut culture

What we're looking for

• Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial instincts and a passion for performance
• Confidence leading, motivating and developing teams
• A customer first mindset with strong selling skills
• Great organisation, communication and problem solving ability
• Energy, ownership and a can do attitude
• Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools
