Financial Accountant

Venn Group have been engaged on a search for a Financial Accountant at a leading Private Healthcare organisation in London. It will be an initial 3 month position to primarily assist with an upcoming audit.

The role will include hybrid working and is looking to start immediately. Applicants must be fully qualified and prior private healthcare experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate account/bank reconciliations each period end
• Assist in preparing annual statutory accounts
• Develop and update Finance department policies and processes.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and maintain the fixed assets register.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns
• Support junior team members and provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Fully Qualified Accountant is essential
• Proven experience in Financial Accounting, reconciliation and fixed asset experience is also crucial
• Immediately available to start a new role
• Private Healthcare experience would be heavily advantageous
