About the Role

As a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support to advisers and clients. You’ll be trusted to bring your technical knowledge to the table, while working closely with colleagues to ensure every client receives an exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to advisers through research, report writing, and suitability letters.
• Prepare client review packs and documentation with precision and care.
• Ensure compliance standards are consistently met.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the advice process and enhance the client journey.
• Collaborate with a friendly, professional team to maintain excellence across the business.
• What We’re Looking For
• Diploma qualified (Level 4) with at least 2 years’ paraplanning experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Organised, proactive, and confident in managing your workload.
